Moving

We can organise the logistics for you. We will handle all aspects of your move from arranging utilities to sourcing appropriate help and suppliers.

Project Management

We are able to advise on and manage any project that you may wish to undertake. This could range from refurbishment to extensions and new builds. We have access to architects, planning consultants, builders and contractors and can ensure that projects are carried out on time to a high standard. If required we can obtain costings and the feasibility of any works needed to a property, before an offer is made.

Further, Busby Property Consultants can liase with interior and garden designers, builders and landscape gardeners to create the perfect home – whatever is required.

We can also arrange estate, forestry and sporting management.

Inspection reporting

If you wish, we can purely view and report on individual properties in circumstances where you can’t find the time to view personally. We can provide a totally objective reports citing negative aspects as well as the positive. The report will form a comprehensive due-diligence report and valuation. This will allow you to make a decision whether to view the property at all and further, act as a guide on price and other matters before you enter into any negotiations.
