You will probably have an understanding of your property requirements in terms of location, price, architecture and internal configuration of the house along with the land, the access, the transport, the schools and other details. Together we will create a precise working brief.
A tour of preferred and/or suggested areas can be arranged before the property search commences. Once instructed, we can take you on a short tour of your chosen and/or suggested areas and discuss the pros and cons. If you are unable to attend, we will supply as much information and opinion as you feel you need.
Following our initial research, we will provide you with a shortlist of properties to view. We source property through estate agents, developers and privately offered homes and land that never reach the open market. We ask that you consider what you have seen with our advice and suggestions and then make your choice.
We will update you on a regular and agreed basis. You will receive ongoing verbal, written or photographic reports and we will accompany you around the selected properties. We will give our opinion of the market value to help in the decision making process. Once you have reached a decision on a property, we take care of the rest. In the meantime, we will continue to report on others as we find them.
Once you have selected a property, we will handle the negotiations on your behalf including those with agents, solicitors, surveyors, council and planning departments. We will manage the complete process of purchasing your home.
Once your offer is accepted, we will liaise with all parties to ensure completion of the purchase.
