We have a long history of providing valuation advice to landlords and tenants relating to matters under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (Houses) and the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (Flats). Our work includes negotiating and agreeing premiums for Collective Enfranchisement, individual lease extensions and freehold purchases, primarily in London, the Home Counties, the Midlands, the South and West of England.
When, despite our best endeavours, we cannot agree the premium by negotiation, we will represent clients, as Expert Valuation Witness in the First-Tier Tribunal and if necessary, at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
Our fees for this work are competitive, based on reasonable hourly rates and quoted at the outset.
