Hugo is a Chartered Surveyor and his career in property spans over 25 years. He grew up and was educated in West Somerset and graduated from the Royal Agricultural College and London University. He qualified as a Land Agent in Exeter and went on to specialise in rural estate management in Devon and Somerset.
In 1994 he moved to North Dorset where he was a consultant surveyor specialising in valuing residential, agricultural and commercial property for private clients and banks. He also worked as a consultant for a London firm valuing investment portfolios and residential and commercial property throughout the southwest. For a period of two years, Hugo moved to London and was involved in the valuation of high end residential property in Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea before returning to Dorset.
Hugo has a very intimate knowledge of property and the countryside and has an extensive list of contacts at all levels. He is married to Juliet, has four children and lives in West Dorset.
Geoff is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years professional experience, providing expert valuation advice to landlords and tenants relating to the matters under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (Houses) and the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (Flats). His work includes negotiating and agreeing premiums for Collective Leasehold enfranchisement, freehold purchases and individual lease extensions throughout England and Wales. Alongside this he has, for many years, acted as an Expert Valuation Witness at First-Tier Tribunal Hearings and has represented clients in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
